At the Bistrot de la Place, we offer diners traditional regional cuisine, which is simple, resolutely true to its Périgord heritage, authentic and full of flavour. Here, the chef Paul prepares wonderful dishes before your very eyes, such as chicken pâté, Lamprey à la Bordelaise, or a succulent confit de canard.
