At Bistrot de la Place, we offer simple yet contemporary, authentic, and flavorful regional cuisine. Here, Chef Paul prepares dishes right before your eyes, such as "Duck Foie Gras, Gingerbread Crumble and Hibiscus Caviar," Duck Breast, Gribiche Sauce… Those with a sweet tooth will delight in discovering our selection of desserts like "Salted Caramel Chocolate Bar, Caramel Ice Cream" or "Revisited Lemon Tart."
