We had a fantastic family day. The beach was kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The free kayaking was so fun and the lovely little restaurant sold absolutely delicious food. I would highly recommend a visit.

A beautiful place for a relaxing day on the beach or a nice walk around the lake with a picnic. We would recommend that if you are walking around the perimeter of the lake, it is best to do it anti-clockwise as the picnic benches are all over to the left-hand side and therefore if you walk clockwise, you've walked pass them all by the time you need a break. A wonderful place though, full of wildlife and definitely worth a visit.

Nice lake to visit. Plenty of seating and food options too. Dogs accepted on a lead.
