My Stay: I had three (3) nights at the Hotel de Selves, Sarlat in late June 2023, as part of an Albatross Tour group. Check-in: Check-in was done by our tour manager, and to me it appeared quick and easy. My Room: My room was large and well appointed. The Bed: The bed was comfortable. The Bathroom: The bathroom facilities were adequate. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to, but it was useless. All members of the touring party commented that “Uploads” were not possible. The connection speed was unable to deliver reasonable upload speeds. In fact, most attempts to Upload failed. Perhaps this is not the hotel’s fault, it is after all in rural France, and may not have access to connection speeds that City people expect. Location: This hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from central Sarlat. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was adequate. Dining: We only ate breakfast at this hotel. Recommendation: I would prefer to stay closer to central Sarlat. So if I returned to this beautiful town, I would look for a hotel closer to the centre.

We stayed in this hotel when it first opened some 30 years ago and have been annual visitors ever since. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the historic centre, has a/c and a lovely pool and gardens - perfect !

Stayed 30 aug 23 the room was lovely bed big and comfortable the continental breakfast was fantastic a really good selection a very nice hotel clove to the main town.

A modern hotel in a very beautiful old town. Great facilities, pool, jacuzzi, garden seating. There is no restaurant at this hotel, there is a breakfast room and a bar. 5 minute walk from the centre...
