The Quintefeuille estate is located in the middle of 3 towns (Sarlat, Périgueux, Bergerac). 5 km away, the two rivers, the Dordogne and the Vézère, meet. The Périgord Noir offers an extraordinary historical and cultural heritage. Your stay will immerse you in history and culture. The town of Le Bugue is 6 km away where you will find all the shops and local produce markets. The Dordogne is an ideal destination for a gastronomic stay.

The location of the estate is a paradise for children and adults alike thanks to the many activities : tree climbing, canoeing, water skiing, fishing, quad biking, horse riding, hiking, cycling, water park, river beach, discovering the landscapes in hot air balloons... And for golfers, the 18-hole golf course "La Marterie" is located only 3 km from the house.

This detached house with its own identity is located in a haven of greenery within a 17-hectare wooded family property, surrounded by a hazelnut forest and meadow. You will benefit from the enjoyment of a beautiful garden and for the more sporty, a shaded tennis court. A beautiful private salt water swimming pool. The house has a kitchen with high-end modern equipment open to the living room, a separate dining room and a shaded terrace with a beautiful dominant and soothing view of the hazelnut forest.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. 1 bathroom. A baby bed can be added on request as well as a high chair.

On the ground floor, a pretty double bedroom, large bed with its bathroom. A living room, a dining room, fireplace, terrace, own garden and parking space. Tennis court in the middle of the forest, usable at all times. Long-term rental possible on request, children welcome, smokers accepted, no disabled access. Pets not allowed, as the property is not fenced. HOLIDAY HOME for 6 PEOPLE MAX with 3 BEDROOMS.

2025 PRICES (net prices) without commission

• from January 1 to December 31, 2025: €285 per night - €1,995 for 7 nights.
• Possibility to rent for 4 nights in April and May 2025.
• The other months of the year, reservations for a minimum of one week.
