The Quintefeuille estate is located between three towns (Sarlat, Périgueux, and Bergerac). The Dordogne and Vézère rivers meet just 5 km away. The estate's location is a paradise for children and adults alike thanks to the many activities available : tree climbing, canoeing, water skiing, fishing, quad biking, horse riding, hiking, cycling, water park, river beach, discovering the landscapes in hot air balloons... And for golfers, the 18-hole "La Marterie" golf course is located only 3 km from the house.

This detached house, with its own unique character, is nestled in a verdant setting within a 17-hectare wooded family estate, surrounded by a hazelnut forest and meadows. Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden and, for the more athletically inclined, a shaded tennis court. A lovely private saltwater swimming pool completes the property. The house features a modern, high-end kitchen opening onto the living room, a separate dining room, and a shaded terrace offering a beautiful, panoramic, and tranquil view of the hazelnut forest.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a bathroom. A cot and a high chair can be added upon request.

On the ground floor, a lovely double bedroom with a large bed and en-suite bathroom. A living room, a dining room, a fireplace, a terrace, a private garden, and a parking space. A tennis court in the middle of the forest is playable at any time. Long-term rentals are possible upon request. Children are welcome, and smoking is permitted. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed as the property is not fenced. This holiday home sleeps a maximum of 6 people and has 3 bedrooms.

Bookings are made directly with the owner by phone or email (no agency or online platform fees). A contract will be sent to you along with a request for a deposit to secure your reservation.

• From June 12th to June 30th: €290 per night
• July: From July 1st to July 16th: €330 per night. Available
• From July 22nd to July 31st: €330 per night
• August: From July 1st to August 30th: €330 per night
• September: €330 per night
• Possibility to rent for 5 nights in June, July, August, September.
• For other months of the year , a minimum booking of one week is required.
