Disappointing value for money. We expressed our disappointment upon departure (response from the receptionist: “ah, sorry, we are taking your feedback into account”) then by message via booking to which we never received a response. Firstly, it is not indicated on Booking that the accommodation is located in a campsite with 150 other accommodations, but above all that we must bring our own sheets and do the cleaning before our departure, which we learn via a confirmation email from the share of the establishment after the reservation made on Booking. It therefore seems that cleaning is only done by holidaymakers since our accommodation was not perfectly clean when we arrived, with supporting photos (sheep under the bed, long hair on the duvet and on the brooms, dead insects and webs). spiders…). In addition, the shower was leaking and not having a bath mat (even in youth hostels, there are some!), the floor of the “bathroom” part of the studio ended up soaked. A section of wall next to the shower is also moldy. Finally, the cherry on the cake, when we arrived (6:30 p.m.) we asked to have breakfast for the next day, and we were told that the order had been placed at 5:30 p.m. and that it was therefore no longer possible to have our breakfast. breakfast. Surprising that we were not informed among the numerous emails sent by the establishment to remind us to bring our sheets and do the cleaning. We are therefore disappointed with the service booked because we did not have all this information upstream, the price clearly does not justify the service and the 5 stars are not justified. For the price, you'll find much better elsewhere in the area without having to move your entire house.
