In Peyrouses, when evening comes, Thierry works behind the stoves for the table d'hôtes in Sarlat-la-Canéda.

The chef offers you according to the seasons, for example:
- Périgord plate with foie gras and smoked and house-dried duck breast, egg casserole with porcini mushrooms
- Between Land and Sea, Stewed Veal with Scallops
- Puff pastry of mushrooms from our undergrowth with foie gras
- Duck confit and Sarladaise potatoes with porcini mushrooms

The table d'hôtes by prior reservation only, served every evening except Sunday
The menu includes a main course and a dessert for 24€ (excluding drinks). It's listed on the slate in our dining room.
Cheese plate for those who wish with a supplement of 6€
Dinner will be served on the terrace weather permitting or in the dining room where safety distances must be respected.
The menu changes daily and showcases fresh, local produce.
