Printing system experts. I went there this morning with my printer's details to buy ink cartridges. I installed them, got an error message on the printer, called them, and apparently the ink cartridges aren't compatible with my printer, but they're willing to exchange them. So I had to go back. Getting to their shop takes three-quarters of an hour, parking in Tourny and walking through the pedestrian streets. I picked up the new cartridges, installed them, and got another error message. I called, explained my problem, and he told me he wasn't a technician and that I had to bring the printer in so he could look at it and, most importantly, see if I'd damaged the cartridges. He probably thought I had nothing better to do with my days than go back a third time. Experts! If you want ink cartridges that don't work, go to them. I went to Bureau Vallée Marsac and bought another cartridge of black ink because the one from Global Bureau 24 still wasn't working. I had to go there twice. The one from Bureau Vallée Marsac worked on the first try, and there's even parking! No telepathic gifts, that's for sure, but no special gifts at all, really. You have to stay calm with these people and not get annoyed. Following my review, a certain Ninon HR, hiding behind her pseudonym, whom I strongly suspect is Ninon Harquet, the manager's sister, received a negative review from her immediately after I left mine. This person has never bought anything from me, and I highly doubt she's interested in pieces designed by architects or designers from the 60s/70s, or art ceramics.
