    • La Savonnerie du Moulin de Bourgnac, 100% natural soaps in Périgord

Between Bergerac and Périgueux, it is in the small town of Bourgnac that Karim offers homemade and 100% natural soaps, made in an old mill. Perfumes, colors, textures, you will be conquered by the diversity of products, adapted to all tastes and all skin types. Visit Périgord and stop in this atypical shop, where Karim will present you with passion all his soaps.

La Savonnerie de Bourgnac, environmentally friendly soaps near Bergerac

The will of the creator of the shop is to protect and preserve nature, but also your skin. It is with this in mind that he selects raw materials of natural origin, such as olive oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, coconut oil, shea butter or cocoa butter, which are the 6 basic fatty substances used for manufacturing. The range is 100% natural, scented with blends of essential oils, offering incomparable scents to these handmade soaps. Made in the form of blocks, they are then cut into small palaces of 100 g or more depending on the weight you want. Without palm oil and without industrial glycerin, you can go there with your eyes closed, the soaps are of high quality.

La Savonnerie de Bourgnac, an atypical soap shop in Périgord

At the Savonnerie de Bourgnac, you will be surprised by the diversity of possibilities. Walk through a shop where the soaps are presented like colorful jewels. Attend demonstrations offered all year round on Mondays and Thursdays by reservation, and discover all the secrets of cold saponification. The mineral and vegetable dyes used give pretty patterns to the soaps, offering a personalized cosmetic product for your bathroom. After the workshop, sit quietly in the tea room to enjoy a hot or cold drink in summer, accompanied by a flavored ice cream. The most curious can observe the mechanism of the 150-year-old mill, or admire the works of artists from the region in the space dedicated to creations. La Savonnerie de Bourgnac is much more than soaps.
