      A bit of history

      Mussidan has played an important strategic role over the centuries thanks to its position at the confluence of the Isle and the Crempse. Its history is marked by the Wars of Religion, where it was a Protestant stronghold.

      Today, you can admire beautiful buildings there bearing witness to this past.
