FeelOut

FeelOut, a shop based in Excideuil, offers rental and delivery of all types of bicycles, as well as guided electric mountain bike tours. FeelOut also provides private lessons and mountain bike riding courses, mountain biking or multi-sport holidays (nature or touring) from 2 to 8 days, a repair shop for all brands, and a sales area for new and used bicycles, parts, accessories, and equipment.

But FeelOut is also and above all about conviviality, sharing, fun and good humor on or off the bike.

Location

Excideuil is a small town in the Périgord Vert known for its medieval castle, its narrow streets steeped in history and its picturesque and peaceful surroundings.

15 minutes from Thiviers (start of the cycle route), Hautefort (unmissable village and castle), exceptional natural sites of the Auvézère Gorges and the Causse de l'Isle.

40 minutes from Périgueux (capital of Périgord), Montignac Lascaux and the Vézère valley, Brantôme (little Venice of Périgord)

1 hour from Limoges, Brive and Angoulême and 2 hours from Bordeaux

Bicycle Rental

Rent your bikes and have them delivered directly to your accommodation.

We have all sizes and all types of bikes, mountain bikes ( MTBs ), hybrid bikes ( VTCs ), road bikes, electric bikes for all terrains (e-MTBs) and all roads.

Numerous marked trails start from Excideuil, part of the VTT Naturellement Périgord mountain biking area, accredited by the French Cycling Federation (FFVélo), which includes over 350 km of marked loops. If you want to discover the Périgord region by mountain bike, you've come to the right place.

The bikes are recent and maintained to enjoy both the bucolic little roads and the most technical paths.

Delivery is free for rentals of 2 days or more and within 20km of Excideuil. For deliveries further away or for rentals of less than two days, we charge €1.50 per km from Excideuil.

Helmets, locks, puncture repair spray, pump and spare inner tubes are provided with the bikes.

We have accessories available as extras such as child trailers, baby carriers, travel bags, baskets, etc...

Guided hikes

With family, friends, your club or group, set off to discover the Périgord by electric mountain bike, guided by Pablo, a state-certified MCF instructor.

Whether you prefer sport, relaxation or local history and heritage, your guide will adapt to your desires and your level to help you discover superb forest trails.

Thanks to the different electric assistance modes, you manage your own effort and the whole family participates in the same ride with more or less motor assistance.

Fun and accessible to all, these hikes will allow you to discover the Périgord from a different angle, between valleys and hills, between villages and castles.
