Olivier and Isabelle source their ingredients from local producers to offer you plates bursting with flavor : confit, duck breast and foie gras from the Dordogne Valley, vegetables, salad and organic eggs from a farm located less than 10 minutes from the restaurant, ice creams and sorbets from an artisan ice cream maker in Périgord, and craft beers produced near Sarlat.

Le Calviac is the restaurant at Domaine des Chênes de Calviac, a village of 10 rural cottages nestled gently in a holm oak forest. Don't hesitate to contact them for your stay in the Périgord Noir region; they can arrange full-board or half-board stays and even accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
