The restaurant offers catering services on-site (at Le Cilaos restaurant) or on-site, at your home or in a function room. We generally provide customized quotes.

An evolving cuisine

A "Business" menu is offered at lunchtime, and a semi-gastronomic menu is available in the evenings and on weekends. At Cilaos, we offer seasonal cuisine. All our products are fresh and local. The bread is homemade.

A young chef, but already with a very impressive experience in some of the finest establishments.
He trained under Chef Guy Savoy in Paris, before venturing to Switzerland and then to Bordeaux, with Chef Gilad Peled, in the rigor of "Le Pressoir d'Argent", Gordon Ramsay's restaurant.

Her journey began in Brittany, and continued in Bordeaux, where she had the wonderful encounter with Abel Dupuis, her partner, during her adventure alongside Chef Gilad Peled and his brigade at "Le Pressoir d'Argent", Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Bordeaux.
