- The Laugerie-Haute deposit is a rock shelter which is one of the 15 prehistoric sites of the Vézère valley, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, in the town of Eyzies-de-Tayac . It is a large site, which has been occupied for a long time. A lithic industry, but also bone and movable art objects have been discovered there. The site is only accessible by booking a guided tour at the Cave of Font-de-Gaume. On the other hand, it is possible to visit the shelters of Laugerie Basse, which are arranged for the visit and the discovery of an excavation site, with a beautiful museography.
