Between Sarlat and Bergerac, in the land of the Bastides and in the heart of a 2-hectare estate, are our 3 charming cottages :

• "La Tabatière," this former tobacco drying barn, has been transformed into a large holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 12 people. This beautiful 3-star rated cottage combines modern comfort with old-world charm. For a family holiday or a getaway with friends, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the unobstructed views of the countryside and the Béssède forest at the Domaine de Pécany.

• "Les Figuiers", a 3-star rated stone and wood cottage of 80 m², can accommodate up to 6 people.

The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and modern equipment. The decor combines stone and wood.
Covered terrace with barbecue, garden table and chairs under a pergola overlooking the 6X4 secure swimming pool shared with the caravan.
The whole property is situated on over 5000 m² of land overlooking the countryside.

• The "La Mésange" caravan, an unusual and charming rental designed for stays for two.

Enjoy the privacy of nature with your own kitchen and bathroom. Terrace with barbecue, garden table with chairs and sun lounger. 6x4 meter swimming pool shared with Les Figuiers.
All rental combinations are possible; the 3 cottages can accommodate from 2 to 20 people.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request.

Pets are welcome.
Capacity: 1 cottage for 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 1 cottage for 6 people (3 bedrooms), 1 caravan for 2.

Prices

• The Tabatière costs between €1000 and €2200 per week;
• Fig trees from €350 to €950;
• The titmouse, from €250 to €450
