  A truly magnificent place. The cabin with spa and sauna is superb; you'll experience a magical moment completely cut off from the world. The grounds are also stunning. And I thank the staff who are truly exceptional. Don't hesitate to opt for the brunch and late check-out package; it's really worth it to fully enjoy the morning, and the brunch is fantastic. An exceptional place.

  The location is beautiful, however, the cabin wasn't heated when we arrived. Given that it was 2 degrees Celsius outside, it was difficult to raise the temperature. Despite several calls, no solution was found. We therefore spent the evening in the room, unable to enjoy the cabin (it was less than 16 degrees Celsius in the living room). No compensation was offered despite our request. I feel the service doesn't justify the price of the night, as the surroundings aren't everything. In short, we were very cold, and so was our 3-year-old daughter. I therefore do not recommend this experience in winter.

  We stayed at Château Cabane Jumillac in September 2025. The cabin is exceptional, truly secluded, a real change of scenery, in absolute peace and quiet. Everything was perfect except for the evening meal. We were served a ratatouille, which wasn't really ratatouille at all; it was olives—lots of them—along with eggplant and tomatoes. We heated the soup ourselves because the menu said soup, but we think it was gazpacho, and once it was hot, it wasn't good. The next day, we had brunch, and the fruit salad was wormy. We pointed it out when we left, but the person, a young woman, didn't even acknowledge what we were saying. I also sent an email to report the problem, but I haven't received any response. It's a real shame. We're thinking of coming back, but without the same amenities.
