The Domain of Pecany - 4 stars Charming air-conditioned gîtes between Sarlat and Bergerac

Between Sarlat and Bergerac, in the land of Bastides and in the heart of a 2ha estate are our 3 charming gîtes :

• "La Tabatière", this former tobacco drying shed has been transformed into a large gîte that can accommodate up to 12 people. This beautiful 4-star gîte combines modern comfort with old-world charm. For a family stay or a get-together with friends, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the unobstructed view of the countryside and the Béssède forest at the Domaine de Pécany.

• “Les Figuiers”, a 3-star stone and wood gite of 80 m², can accommodate up to 6 people.

The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and modern equipment. The decor combines stone and wood.
Covered terrace with barbecue, garden table and chairs under an arbour overlooking the secure 6X4 swimming pool shared with the caravan.
The whole on more than 5000 m² of land overlooking the countryside.

• The “La Mésange” caravan, an unusual and charming rental designed for stays for two.

You will enjoy nature, independent, thanks to the kitchen and the bathroom. Terrace with barbecue, garden table with chairs and deckchair. Swimming pool of 6X4 shared with Les Figuiers.
All rental combinations are possible, the 3 gîtes can accommodate from 2 to 20 people.
Possibility of renting sheets and towels on request.

Pets are welcome.
Capacity: 1 Gîte for 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 1 gîte for 6 people (3 bedrooms), 1 caravan for 2.

Rates

• The Tabatière from €1,000 to €2,200 per week;
• Fig Trees from €350 to €900;
• The titmouse from €250 to €450
