We welcome you to Les Magnolias, located in the bastide town of Lalinde, founded in 1267 by Henry III Plantagenet. Les Magnolias is a 2.5-hectare property on the banks of the Dordogne River.

Our estate is located on the edge of the bastide town of Lalinde, in an authentic region where time seems to have stood still.

When you pass through the large gate, you'll find yourself in our enclosed park with its magnolias, cedars, linden trees, and oaks. Here you'll find plenty of tables and chairs in the shade or in full sun. After checking in at our reception, you can park your car in our private parking area. The swimming pool (17 x 7 m) is filled with water from our own spring. It offers a beautiful view of the river and features spacious terraces, surrounded by palm and olive trees. It's a true oasis of tranquility. Behind the pool, you'll find a terrace with a lounge area and a bamboo bar. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Our Manor House, a magnificent and romantic property dating from the 18th century, has been completely renovated to offer luxury accommodation – guest rooms.

On the ground floor is our 6th apartment (Rosette). This romantic cottage, located on the river side, has a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a large bedroom, decorated for 2 people.

The adjacent building, formerly a tobacco and wine warehouse, has been converted into 5 holiday homes.

100 meters from Les Magnolias, you will find a large supermarket for all your daily needs, including your French newspaper.

Les Magnolias is less than a 10-minute walk from the main square of the bastide town of Lalinde. In Lalinde, you'll find everything you need: a tourist office, a shopping street, supermarkets, restaurants, a post office, bike rentals, cafes, outdoor seating areas, delicatessens, wine shops, and of course, the farmers' market on Thursday mornings. You'll also find an electric vehicle charging station.

In less than 30 minutes by car, you will discover all kinds of restaurants, from the €15 daily menu to Michelin-starred restaurants.

Les Magnolias is located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley's prime tourist destination. It's the ideal base for exploring the region: natural landscapes, history, relaxation, or sporting activities. The estate is also perfect for family outings. All the major tourist attractions are less than an hour away.

Our establishment is easily accessible for our international guests, just 23 kilometers from Bergerac Dordogne-Périgord Airport. We are also accessible by train : Lalinde has its own station on the line between Bordeaux and Sarlat.
