- Camping Paradis Le Rocher de la Granelle is located in Le Bugue, in the heart of the Dordogne and more particularly the Périgord Noir, one of the most renowned tourist regions in France. Le Bugue, a charming little town, is located 30 km from Sarlat, 40 km from Périgueux and Bergerac, and 10 km from Les Eyzies. The Périgord Noir and the Dordogne are the guarantee of visiting places steeped in history and discovering prehistory in a pleasant setting.
  
  On 7 hectares, the campsite offers :
  
  - Flat, shaded and demarcated pitches so that you have a pleasant stay
  - Rentals of tents, mobile homes and chalets that can accommodate between 4 and 7 people
  - An aquatic area with swimming pool (heated from 05/15), slide and paddling pool
  - 2 sanitary blocks redone in 2020 and 2022 with baby bathroom, family cabin, PMR cabin
  - Direct access to the river
  - Shops near the campsite within walking distance
  - A play area for children & adults with structure, rope pyramid, and fitness games
  - Activities throughout the season

Very friendly service at the reception. A lot of shade on the campsite because of the trees (our first spot had no shade, but we we’re allowed to change to a spot with more shade). The swimming pool is nice. Animation for kids is there but very focused on French children. During our stay there were serveral activities (circus, bbq, live music and disco) The sanitary is relatively new but not super clean + warm water is unpredictable. Bread/viennoisserie is available on order.

Just got back after 2 x weeks on this site and we loved it! Went with friends and kids of all ages and it has something for everyone! The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is stunning. It was very hot when we were there but there is so much shade on site and with a pool and a river it was very easy to stay cool!

Great size pitches and location on the banks of the river. Overall this is a great camp site - the location and size of pitches are good, the owners are friendly and offer good advise. The one slight negative point is the shower blocks - these could do with a little improvement as looking a bit tired however they were cleaned every day. The other small point was the washing up water never seemed to be very hot, but this may be down to the time of day we did this.

Good site (not very good). Needs more work such as better bar area, some pool supervision, encourage dog owners to pick up mess. Not very caravan friendly-water fill up and toilet emptying facility...
