Château de Jumilhac A unique venue for your events in Périgord Vert

A festive setting… that reflects your style

Combining an atmosphere of yesteryear and fairy tales, Jumilhac, a major site in the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park, welcomes you in an authentic and private setting, with the castle square serving as a parking lot.

Adaptable to suit the event: wedding, cocktail party, family gathering, lunch, seminar, conference, evening event… the reception rooms are arranged around a vaulted carriage entrance (60 m²) providing access to:

• On the same level as the terraced gardens overlooking the Isle valley and adjoining the church (former castle chapel dating from the 12th, 15th and 17th centuries),
• The old vaulted stalls (80 m²) also serve as a possible fallback site,
• The Richelieu Rooms on the 1st floor consist of the Cardinal's Room (60 m²) and the adjacent President of the Council Room (200 m²) with use of the adjoining terrace.

An extension of 45 m² (small living room, office-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) is left at the discretion for table service, children, cloakroom…

Therefore, you can organize:

Reception drinks, cocktail, buffet dinner, … , on the south-facing terraces, with or without additional pagodas (extra charge), Seated dinner (70/80 guests), buffet, opening in the stalls and the adjoining carriage passage, Wedding reception (seated dinner (up to 200 guests), buffet dance, costume ball, promotion evening, … , in the Richelieu Rooms (and annexes), all this day and night (torches on the courtyard and terraces).

To ensure your event reflects your vision, you are free to choose your own service providers (caterers, florists, DJs, equipment rental companies, etc.), with the option to continue the festivities the following day with a brunch that includes a complimentary tour of the castle. For an even more complete celebration, you can also arrange additional services such as: a vintage car, a 9-seater minibus, a magician, a traditional band, a pyrotechnician, and more.
