The Veyssière walnut oil mill is the last in operation on the Vern with a gourmet shop located in the old bakery of the mill. On Salembre, the Landry walnut oil mill offers oil and artisanal waffles.

The pisciculture du moulin de Boissonnie offers pond fishing as well as fresh products: brook salmon, smoked trout, trout eggs...
