  YODAMA, short for YOga, DAnse and MAssage. An alliance of practices to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body, take care of it, soothe your chattering mind, allow you to reconnect with your freedom of movement and being.
  LOREDANE PATTINGRE: PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING
  Loredane Pattingre, a dancer at heart, sees the body as a teacher, a healer, a direct path to the soul and the divine. Her deep conviction is reflected in each of her practices, which aim to restore the body to its rightful place.
  To support this approach, Loredane Pattingre is certified in art therapy at INECAT Paris, in yoga at the Gérard Arnaud school in Paris and in massage at the Azenday, Colibri and Shizen schools.

  - AWAKENING YOUR DANCING BODY - learning to dance with your soul.
  MASSAGES
  - CALIFORNIAN / SWEDISH - for deep muscle relaxation.
  - GENTLE THAI - body mobility, sometimes called "effortless yoga".
  - LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - for health and beauty.
  - CHI NEI TSANG - a belly massage, the engine of life and emotions.
  - AMMA - a 20-minute seated massage.
  WHERE AND HOW TO TAKE PART
  Group classes and one-off workshops take place in Saint-Front-la-rivière. A calendar of events is available on the website, enabling you to choose times to suit your schedule.

I have had the opportunity to have a massage very often in my life and Loredane's massages are my favorite. She is fully present and listening to your body. Real moments of delight that bring deep relaxation! I more than warmly recommend his treatments!

Loredane is an excellent masseuse, focused, gentle, very attentive. I slept like a log the night after the massage. It was a Swedish massage, which covers the whole body, next time I will try a Thai massage. Her wooden house is wonderful, you feel very good there, there is lots of light. The best part: it allows you to choose your music, it’s really important. We feel that she likes to massage and do good, she is a real caregiver. I thank her.
