Since 2019, Arnaud Sanchez has been skillfully orchestrating the culinary delights of the Le Moulin du Grand Etang restaurant.
His unusual career path, starting late in the world of cooking, is marked by a relentless quest for improvement and excellence.
Trained by great chefs, he forged his culinary identity around the sublimation of products and constant self-improvement.

From July 1st to August 31st, the formulas evolve to best meet the summer expectations of guests.

True to the commitment to local produce and short supply chains, local suppliers are selected with the greatest care.
The Ferme Des Monts Verts in Montbron supplies the pork, while the quality foie gras comes from Nontron thanks to Volagrains.
Bread, essential to every meal, is supplied by Les blés Dorés, a bakery in Saint-Estèphe.
Finally, seafood products are chosen daily from Focéan, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
