Since 2019, Arnaud Sanchez has skillfully orchestrated the culinary delights of the restaurant Le Moulin du Grand Etang.

His atypical career path, beginning late in the world of cooking, is marked by a relentless quest for improvement and excellence.

Trained by great chefs, he forged his culinary identity around the sublimation of products and the constant surpassing of oneself.

La Ferme Des Monts Verts in Montbron supplies the pork, while the quality foie gras comes from Nontron thanks to Volagrains.

Bread, essential to any meal, is supplied by Les blés Dorés, a bakery in Saint-Estèphe.

Finally, the seafood products are chosen daily from Focéan, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
