They have a smokehouse coming directly from Canada, which allows meat or fish to be smoked from pellets or ramial wood of different species, to give an incomparable taste to their products. The chef also makes his own charcuterie (Coppa, homemade filet mignon, etc.) and a maturing cellar in the restaurant makes it possible to prepare exceptional pieces. Do not hesitate to call several days in advance so that a piece of the butcher is prepared just for you… The O'St Cantereau is a friendly place, a real country restaurant where you can stop to have a good time.
