South of Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the unspoiled setting of Vitrac, the Domaine de Malet offers a selection of charming, comfortable, and well-equipped cottages for stays as a couple, with family, or with friends. Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the cliffs of Caudon and rolling forests, these accommodations offer an experience of peace, relaxation, and disconnection.

Five independent or adjoining cottages for 2 to 8 people

The estate includes five cottages with varying layouts, designed to meet everyone's needs:

• La Brejaudo : a 28 m² semi-detached cottage for 2 people, perfect for a stay for two.
• Lou Nougaillou and Lou Peyrol : adjoining cottages of 52 m², each designed for 4 people, with two independent bedrooms.
• Lou Cantou : an individual troglodyte house of 83 m² on three levels, for 4 people, with two terraces.
• La Queirio : a large semi-detached house of 104 m² that can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for group stays.

Modern comfort in a traditional setting

All the cottages are tastefully furnished in a style that is both rustic and contemporary. They feature a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, flexible bedrooms (double or twin beds), a dining area, and a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.

Each accommodation is equipped with a television, storage, crockery, hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the accessories necessary for a self-catering stay.

Flexible and adaptable formulas

Rentals are available for a minimum of two nights, with a 10% discount for stays of one week or more. Cleaning packages are offered at the end of your stay, depending on the size of the cottage.

The entire property is reserved for people aged 12 and over, in order to ensure peace and comfort. Pets are not allowed.

By staying in a gîte at Domaine de Malet, visitors benefit from direct access to nature, with wooded paths, the Dordogne river a few minutes' walk away, and the emblematic villages of Périgord nearby: La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle …

The location of the estate also allows you to enjoy outdoor activities : walks, cycling, canoeing, swimming or simply relaxing on the terrace, in the shade of the wisteria or facing the cliffs.

Guests staying in the cottages have access to the Domaine's communal areas : courtyard, wooded park, pétanque court, as well as the heated relaxation pool (12x4 m), massage room, and outdoor relaxation areas. In summer, it is possible to book gourmet breakfasts or themed dinners to fully enjoy life at the Domaine.
