Three charming 3-star cottages share a carefully restored old stone barn. Each one has a  large garden and all the comforts you could wish for: a cosy living room, a welcoming  lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms with high-quality beds, smart TV,  high-speed Wi-Fi and a secluded terrace for al fresco dining. 

• Le Rosier for 2 adults: 60m², air-conditioned living room with fully equipped  kitchen, 1 large bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room and private garden
• Le Pommier or Le Bois for 2 to 4 guests: 70m², large living room with fully  equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds or 1  double bed), shower room, separate toilet in Le Pommier. Large private garden. 

Unusual and private, Le Belvédère, a tiny gîte housed in a separate turret, offers a cosy  cocoon for a romantic getaway, perfect for two. 

Large saltwater pool in season, sun loungers in the shade of the old trees, pétanque and table  tennis: the natural setting invites you to relax. Families with young children are welcome at  the 'Le Bois' cottage, in keeping with the tranquility of the estate. 

An ideal location to discover the Périgord Noir 

From the estate, the must-see attractions of the Dordogne are on your doorstep: nearby Sarlat-la Canéda,  hilltop villages, châteaux, caves and remarkable gardens. The Dordogne River flows 900  yards away, with a beach and canoes. Hiking trails lead directly from the manor house to the  river, the woods and the beautiful hidden residences in the surrounding area.
