The house, with a total surface area of 280 m2, revolves around the large living room of 73 m2. This includes a fully equipped kitchen closed by a bar, a lounge with an open fireplace, a HiFi corner and a dining area offering a view of the park.
The 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, from 22 to 29 m2, each have a shower room, toilet and television. Two bedrooms are equipped for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The entire house is on one level and air-conditioned for optimal comfort.
