Description of the Gîtes
In the Dordogne Valley, in the town of DOMM , on a site classified as Remarkable Heritage in the heart of the Périgord Noir and the main, most renowned tourist sites, enjoy for your vacation a comfortable detached house with its outdoor swimming pool/balneotherapy , private and heated, its garden.
On a fenced plot of 600 m2 with a view of the hills and the sunset, this Périgourdine detached house in the tobacco dryer style can accommodate 4 people (5 with a baby bed), its total interior surface area is 65 m2. Added to this is the outdoor terrace with a surface area of 50 m2 as well as the private swimming pool (4m50 by 2m70, single depth of 1m40)
The terrace is entirely protected by a sunshade which provides you with the shade you need to make the most of it.
The house is air-conditioned in all rooms and is suitable for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM).
