- This area is above all a family campsite in Dordogne Périgord Noir, where young and old will find what they are looking for for a successful holiday in Dordogne. Sun, beach, relaxation and water games are waiting for you on our water park, as well as action and competition on the large playground (over 4000 m2), with minigolf, toboggan, zip line, adventure course etc...
  
  This 3-star campsite with pitches and rental of chalet, bungalow, mobile home, is the closest (2.5 km) to the famous medieval city of Sarlat-la-Canéda. Ideally located within the golden triangle, between the valley and the Dordogne river with its most beautiful villages in France and the prehistoric Vézère valley (between Montignac and Le Bugue).
  
  From here you will be able to discover all the tourist sites of Périgord Noir as well as those of our neighbors of Lot (Padirac gulf, Rocamadour) and Corrèze (Colonge la Rouge) .The campsite has an exceptional view of the landscapes and castles of Sarladais and offers you one of the most extraordinary panorama of the region. A quiet, green site among the holm oaks, surrounded by nature, very well landscaped without being isolated, supermarkets, shops, services and entertainment in the city 5 minutes away!

This was the second time we have visited this site and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a friendly site with lovely welcoming French owners and fellow campers you will love it here. Thank you to all our fellow French campers for being so friendly and welcoming too.Beautiful landscaped surroundings with panoramic views. Extremely clean facilities whatever time of day you visit them. Very clean swimming pool and area surrounding. The Shop stocks local wines at really good prices, all local all excellent. Very peaceful and night times very quiet to ensure a restful sleep. Close to Sarlat and all it has to offer. We look forward to returning soon.

Nice welcome at reception. Lovely well looked after site with great views as at the top of a hill. All pitches are grass so that is a bit of a concern for us motorhomers. Good modern and clean facilities with hot water. Swimming pool plus other leisure stuff and a bar which was open even in June. Easy 40 minutes walk to Sarlat - down hill - but a lot harder returning! A good place to relax and or use as a base for exploring the area. Very good value.

Cant actually comment on the campsite as we never got there. Booked at the beginning of 2020 and then Covid struck. According to the law the French Government passed, they could keep our money (91 euros) for 18 months from May 2020 and if we hadn't used it within that time a full refund was due. We haven't been able to get there for one reason or another so applied for my refund in October to be refused. Their answer was that there were times that they were open and we could have come. What about the restrictions in the UK, availability of Ferries, getting time of work (around colleagues), finding appropriate insurance just in case, all to fit in with them? VERY disappointed at their attitude. I had booked other sites and this is the only one who has refused to refund my money. I think that says it all about their shocking attitude.
