Camping La Salvinie is a 3-star family campsite, located 3km from the town centre of Terrasson. In the heart of nature, you will appreciate its large wooded area of 3 hectares, with privileged access to the banks of the Vézère river. Peaceful, warm, with a real friendly and relaxed camping spirit, it is the ideal holiday resort for spending family holidays in the Périgord Noir.

If you like beautiful, spacious pitches, you'll be delighted! Here, they average 120 m², and XXL pitches are available for those who really want a lot of space. The bare pitches are perfect for tents and camping equipment, but also motorhomes and caravans.

Please note: Would you like to go camping but don't have any equipment? No problem, Camping La Salvinie offers pre-equipped pitches with a tent, gazebo, and everything you need to enjoy the joys of camping during your vacation!

56 bare pitches are available, but also 11 mobile homes, 6 cabins (without toilets) and 2 adventurer-style lodge tents. The rentals are all recent, very well equipped and can accommodate 3 to 8 people for the most spacious. You benefit from a

private terrace and space to feel like you're in a real little holiday home.

Embrace the spirit and joy of the camping atmosphere. Friendliness will rhyme with relaxation during your stay. Everything will be done so that the whole family has fun: a large swimming pool with jacuzzi area and a paddling pool area for children, slides, all this in a green and natural setting. Children and the whole family will be delighted to enjoy the outdoor play areas : swings, swings, sports fields (volleyball, home ball, ping-pong tables). There are also board games, old-fashioned and outdoor wooden games, bar games with a pool table and table football, a pétanque court. Everything is there for meeting, sharing and conviviality. A small farm with pretty chickens, free-roaming ducks, goats and geese is also present. And to have fun while the parents are having an aperitif with friends, why not take a little ride around the campsite in a pedal kart, it's guaranteed fun!

Please note: A summer entertainment program with a qualified and very popular entertainer will allow the youngest to get to know each other, meet each other and share moments of play and leisure activities together.

The campsite has a snack bar serving delicious sweet and savory treats, simple but well-prepared dishes for those evenings when you don't feel like cooking. Once a week, a special mussels and fries meal is organized, and you can order roast chicken.

A well-located campsite in the Vézère Valley

The Vézère Valley begins in Périgord at Terrasson and extends to its confluence with the Dordogne at Limeuil. All along this river which winds mischievously, there are charming villages, tourist sites

around our ancestors the cavemen and prehistory. You are only a few minutes from Montignac and the Lascaux Caves, a little further the pretty villages of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Les Eyzies, Le Bugues, up to Limeuil. On the other side is the Sarladais with the pretty villages of Coly Saint-Amand, Saint-Geniès and further the Medieval City of Sarlat. The Dordogne Valley is about 40 minutes away with its gardens, hilltop castles, magical viewpoints and its trips in gabarre and canoe/kayak. Do you want more?
