3-star campsite in Peyrignac in the Périgord Noir. Swimming pool, spa, mobile homes, and pitches. Ideal for exploring the Dordogne and its treasures.

A natural setting in the heart of the Périgord Noir

Located in Peyrignac, in the Périgord Noir, La Garenne campsite offers a calm and green environment, ideal for relaxation. For those who prefer more traditional accommodation, wooden chalets and cozy cottages are available, accommodating up to five people. Campers in tents, caravans, or motorhomes can opt for spacious pitches, with or without electricity, offering beautiful views of the valley or vineyards.

Open from May to October, these spaces are designed to promote well-being in the Dordogne, in the heart of a green and relaxing setting.

Beauty treatments and hairdressing are also available by appointment, to complete a relaxing break. The sun loungers around the pool allow visitors to fully enjoy the mild climate of the Périgord Noir.

Services designed for families and groups

In Montignac , the Lascaux IV International Centre for Cave Art allows you to discover the famous reconstructed cave and learn more about prehistoric art.

The medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda, with its well-preserved architectural heritage and local producers' market, is a must-see. You can also visit the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac, the castles of Hautefort or Losse, as well as listed villages such as Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère or La Roque-Gageac.

Nature lovers can enjoy the many marked hiking trails in the surrounding forests, or venture out by bike on the Voie Verte de la Vallée de la Vézère linking Limeuil to Montignac. Canoeing enthusiasts can go down the Vézère or the Dordogne , with departures from Terrasson-Lavilledieu or Saint-Amand-de-Coly.

Finally, local markets, farm inns and small producers offer the opportunity to discover the gastronomic specialties of the Périgord Noir : foie gras, truffles, nuts, cheeses and local wines.
