Le Clos de Saint Maime, charming guest rooms between Périgueux and Bergerac
Anne and Denis invite you to a moment suspended in time, for a peaceful stay in their magnificent guest house. Located between Périgueux and Bergerac , in Saint-Maime-de-Péreyrol, the Clos de Saint Maime is nestled at the top of a hill, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Two guest rooms are at your disposal as well as a Duplex. All 3 benefit from an independent entrance, for your autonomy and your privacy. The rooms are on the ground floor, they enjoy comfortable bedding, a very neat and elegant decoration, each with a spacious and comfortable bathroom. The Duplex is a small studio completely renovated on 2 floors, with a living room / living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs.
The accommodations feature a flat-screen TV and air conditioning for your comfort during hot summer days.
By the superb swimming pool, a wooden outbuilding houses a garden furniture and a summer kitchen. You will be independent to prepare delicious meals. Breakfast (included in the room rates) will be served in the dining room or on the terrace. Denis, as a Breton, will concoct delicious pancakes for you, to be accompanied by homemade yogurts, fresh bread, fruit juice, eggs and bacon. The enclosed garden is a haven of peace and greenery to relax after a day of sightseeing and discovering the Périgord.
The Clos de Saint Maime is ideally located for exploring the Périgord region. On one side, Périgueux, with its Saint-Front cathedral and its old town, classified as a Town of Art and History . On the other, Bergerac and its vineyards as far as the eye can see. You are not far from the sumptuous Vézère Valley, with its renowned heritage and cultural sites, its natural landscapes and its cliffs to explore. Come and canoe or sail on the rivers of the Périgord ! The Dordogne Valley also offers some very beautiful visits in perspective : its hilltop villages like Domme and Beynac , its castles, gardens, the river that winds and guides you through it.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse and there is a large car park where you can park your vehicle. Please note that it is possible to rent both rooms and the duplex, for exclusive use of the guesthouse.
