AROMATIGNAC

"Aromatignac, from pot to plate" was created in July 2017 by Émilie SÈVE and Marie BRET on La Bachellerie. Both passionate about plants but also about cooking, it quickly became clear that aromatic plants were the best way to combine the two.

Aromatignac quickly joined the “Bienvenue à la ferme” program of the Dordogne Chamber of Agriculture in order to ensure a certain quality of work for its customers.

Émilie and Marie now produce more than 250 varieties of aromatic plants which are sold on the farm, local markets and at various fairs in France in spring and autumn. Aromatignac also offers a collection of more than 50 varieties of peppers and a few vegetable plants in season.

At Aromatignac you will find collections of mints, thymes, rosemary, sage, ... but also more original varieties such as helichrysum (taste of curry), aurone (taste of cola), aniseed agastache, trigonelle (taste nuts)…

Marie and Émilie make their own seedlings and cuttings. They do not use any chemicals and respect the life cycle of the plant by respecting their seasonality and not forcing them to grow faster. They use organic soil and natural fertilizer.

Aromatignac is open from March 1 to October 31 by simply calling 06.61.69.73.21 to set an appointment together.

In the summer season, Aromatignac cooks for you at the region's farmers' markets and offers omelettes and omelet burgers, all flavored with our aromatic herbs to help people discover our plants and our company.

At the beginning of 2022, Aromatignac moves to Ajat in order to be able to develop and create partnerships with new customers such as restaurateurs but also to offer more services to its customers.

Émilie and Marie plan to produce perennial plants in order to complete their offer and offer you more activities on the farm.
