    • In the heart of the Périgord Noir, 7 km from Sarlat, discover the Dordogne valley and its castles at your own pace, aboard our comfortable old town canoes with folders (2 to 4 seats) or our kayaks.

      The courses are accessible to everyone, even beginners, from 5 years old (you have to know how to swim). Departures at any time, from 9:30 am. 8km routes, 16km, 22km up to 120km.

      Picnic stops by the water. Free parking. Holiday vouchers.Group rates. Pets allowed. Rates from 10€. English spoken.WC.

    Efficient and helpful. With seven in our group, we were worried we would have to wait, but fortunately we arrived and there were canoes and kayaks available. Pricing was clear, and the Carsac team explained the rules and various routes. A van took us to the launch point, about 15 minutes awaw, along with our food and drink for the day in watertight buckets which fit neatly in the canoe (or strapped on to a kayak). We heard negative things about various other rental firms so I wanted to leave this review to say Canoe Carsac is highly recommended. Beware though - the 22km route will be hard work!

    A 22 km route from Carsac with a very nice family. The team is super welcoming. Useful advice. Meet on time at the end of the route. Online reservation possible. In short, I recommend!
