Canoeing is very popular in the Dordogne, a favorite department for paddlers who enjoy this sport and leisure activity. With 130km of waterways to explore, Canoë Dordogne offers several routes to suit everyone, from 2 to 25km or multi-day trips (2 to 7 days for €24 of equipment per day).

The Dordogne is an easy, family-friendly river to navigate, and presents no danger. You will be equipped with a life jacket and a dry bag for your belongings; the Canoë Dordogne team will arrange bus transportation to and from the base.

For your comfort, please wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat or cap to protect yourself from the sun. If you plan to take breaks and swim, a towel and swimsuit will be ideal, as well as sunscreen to avoid sunburn! Children aged 5 and up who know how to swim are welcome to participate.
