In the heart of the DORDOGNE valley, discover another Périgord...
Alone, with family or friends, with state-certified instructors, we will share our passion with you in complete safety. You can admire from the approach walk an exceptional view of the Céou valley, then the castle of Castelnaud and Beynac which face each other above the Dordogne. During a 2h30 discovery session, you will be able to familiarize yourself from the start with all the essential safety equipment to "belay" your teammate. Several routes are installed by the instructor to allow everyone to climb and belay in turn. We provide you with climbing shoes, essential on our limestone cliffs.
Remember to take a bottle of water and a cap even if the cliff is a little protected it can be hot! More and more people climb indoors in winter, we offer half-day (3h30) improvement sessions that will allow you to try climbing in a natural site. You can top-rope climb but why not “in the lead” on routes varying in difficulty.
