      A village of character

      A historical heritage

The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption

This 12th century Romanesque church is a true architectural masterpiece. Its sober and elegant façade and its bright interior make it an essential place of worship.

      The remains of the castle

A few steps from the church, you can admire the remains of the first keep of Saint-Geniès. This castle, which disappeared at the end of the Wars of Religion, offers an insight into the tumultuous history of the village.

The Cheylard chapel and the Grande Filolie castle

These two buildings, located near Saint-Geniès, are also places steeped in history and worth a visit.
