Vergers de fruits anciens Nature Reserves / Parks in Soudat

Near Piégut-Pluviers, on the edge of the Charente, are the old fruit orchards of Soudat and Étouars. Because fruit trees are part of our plant heritage, these orchards have been integrated into the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park. On the Soudat side, you will see many varieties of trees, producing stone fruits. While near Étouars, you will discover a collection of trees, with pome fruits: apple trees, pear trees, fig trees ... On site, guided tours provide you with a lot of information on the species, the size and the maintenance of the trees. trees ... Workshops, activities and tastings are also offered.
