The Quintefeuille estate is located in the middle of the 3 towns (Sarlat, Perigueux, Bergerac). At 5km the 2 rivers, the Dordogne and the Vézère meet. Magnificent property where the charm invades you upon arrival. The Périgord noir offers an extraordinary historical and cultural heritage. Your stay will immerse you in history and culture. The town of Le Bugue is 6km away where you can find all the shops and local produce markets. The Dordogne is an ideal destination for a gastronomic stay.
The location of the 17 HA estate is a paradise for children, and the older ones given the many activities: tree climbing, canoeing, water skiing, fishing, quad biking, horse riding, hiking, cycling, water park, river beach, discovery of the landscapes in hot air balloons... and for golfers, the 18-hole golf course "La Marterie" is only 3 km from the manor.
The 18th century Quintefeuille Manor includes for 8 people (For more people make a request)
• 4 spacious bedrooms: King Size Bed, new 5* hotel quality bedding
• 3 large bathrooms (bathtub + walk-in shower)
• large fully equipped kitchen, very high-end equipment, with a maximum of utensils and supplies
• laundry room, lingerie with washing machine and dryer, 2 other washing machines and dryers available in the house
• living room, dining room with large flat screen

• furnished outdoor lounge, with sauna and shower in a separate room
Very large swimming pool 15m X 6 m with salt.
The chartreuse combines the charm of the old, with the choice of modern quality materials for optimal comfort. The tree-lined square courtyard, the heart of the house with its French-style boxwood, its large awning, will welcome you in summer to relax or take your meals.
The Manor has an outbuilding (contiguous to this one) and independent. It is ideal for a large family or friends, which can accommodate 4 more people (2 bedrooms) to accommodate more of you, i.e. 12 people in all (see on the site under the heading GITES)

The property in its entirety has 2 houses and an annex (apartment) that can accommodate 18 people.

If you need more rooms, at your disposal the outbuilding of the Manor to make 6 rooms in all.
• from January 4 to March 31: 3,360€ for 7 nights
• from April 1 to June 15: 3,850€ for 7 nights
• from June 16 to September 15: 4,900€ for 7 nights
• from September 16 to November 30: 3.360€ for 7 nights
• from December 1 to January 3: 3,850€ for 7 nights
End of stay cleaning and household linen provided: 250€
