Perched on the heights, between Sarlat and Rocamadour, Hors-série is an intimate address. Florence and Nathalie, artist photographers and globetrotters, fell under the charm of the Black Périgord and this 19th century building enjoying a sublime view of the Dordogne valley. A successful restoration, combining the charm of old stones, contemporary decoration, art and nature, has brought it back to life.
The beautiful Périgord barn now houses a photographic art gallery, and two bedrooms combining charm and design. Rock, stone, white, wood and metal respond to each other. Each room has its own personality, inspired by the passions of your hosts. They breathed into the "ETOSHA" suite the atmosphere and elegance of an African lodge. Upstairs, "ESCALE", with its exposed framework, is a cozy cocoon dotted with nods to their many travels.
Want to take time for yourself? Hors-série is a haven of peace, really ideal for recharging one's batteries. Only two guest rooms make it possible to preserve the tranquility of these places surrounded by nature. Between two visits to the Lascaux cave or the Padirac chasm, enjoy your private terrace or the jacuzzi, heated to 28°, with its panoramic view.
