  They are scammers. Their long-term rental contract isn't entirely legal since it's basically a holiday resort, therefore a seasonal rental (that's according to a judge who reviewed the contract). You can leave the rental at any time with one month's notice and the return of your security deposit, but I never received my deposit back. I paid the one-month notice period, but they refuse to return my security deposit. They lie to you. Their photos on the website are nothing like reality; the property is in much worse condition than in the photos! They are thieves. They don't waste any time cashing your check before you even arrive (just two days after you give them the check...), which is an extremely large sum! Their ad states €669 including utilities, a blatant lie because you have to add the electricity bill, bringing the rent to €860… The security deposit is supposed to be included in the utilities, but they take the same amount and then never return it, pocketing it instead! I had to send them an exorbitant number of emails, and they only replied to about ten of them, contradicting themselves every time! Not to mention my unanswered calls… They tell me to contact the accounting department, which I want to do, but they block my number; I automatically get their voicemail! I think this department is run by the same people who claim to be just employees. The managers make you believe they are simply employees when they are actually the company's managers (proof is on their website, where you can see the company name as well as the managers' names)… It's pathetic! I was asked to contact them for further explanation, but they gave me my number and never got back to me. The only times I've spoken to them on the phone are because I called their landline, which connects to the domain's reception desk, where they tell you they can't do anything except forward the message, which is never actually done! Appalling! From what I've read in the various reviews, I'm not the only one in this situation, and their response is always the same: "You're posting multiple reviews under different names." But these are clearly multiple reviews from different people, not the same person under different names! That's their only excuse, even though they're in the wrong! I even deleted two reviews under the same name (mine, not the Google platform) to create one where everything is clearly explained and understandable, so everyone can see who they really are! No one takes responsibility, and they make you believe things that never happen! They are very friendly and welcoming when it comes to taking your money, but once you have a problem, they become cold, unpleasant, and heartless. We had to cancel due to a death in my family, which prevented us from coming and put us in a financial mess (excuse the expression) so they could line their own pockets! So, they are not at all the warm and welcoming people they claim to be! I strongly advise against renting this type of property for a long-term furnished rental if you value your money and your time! We have to fight to get something that's owed to us; it's a waste of time and money.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at this property...we booked for 10 people at the end of October, and there was no heating (12°C in the house), not all the light bulbs worked, the electrical outlets in the bedrooms must have had faulty connections because they made a "buzzing" sound when we plugged something in (and we even tried a different charger to see if that was the problem), and the plugs weren't properly secured in the OSB (the wall structure). Not all the electrical outlets on the ground floor worked, and to top it all off...there were frequent power outages. In short...it's a shame because it looked fantastic on paper, but we were very disappointed.

  Outrageous Practices. In April 2023, we booked several cottages and the multi-purpose hall at Domaine de Bories for September 1st and 2nd, 2023. However, 15 days before the event, after I called to finalize the arrangements, we were informed that the multi-purpose hall was no longer available, having been rented to another group. Despite the alternative offered for September 2nd, this service did not correspond to our initial booking. To compensate for this error, they granted us a credit note for €710, usable within 18 months or refundable after that period if unused. To date, more than two years after the event, and despite our numerous follow-up calls and emails over the past six months, we have still not received the promised refund. Their repeated responses stating that "the transfer will be made" have had no effect. Consequently, I will now resort to a formal notice procedure to obtain reimbursement of the credit.
