  In response to your reply: There's no doubt about it, this is indeed your property. There are indeed several opinions on this subject, but contrary to what you claim, they are from different people. Furthermore, if these people would like to contact me to see what action we can take together, I would be happy to. We've been waiting for our deposit for five months, and I clearly specified to the property that it was a very important sum for our budget. They don't care. A complete lack of humanity and respect for their customers. I'll use the words of one of your victims: our money is being held hostage. This property offers short- and medium-term rentals. I won't elaborate on the rental conditions (cleanliness, equipment, etc.). They emphasize the site's eco-friendly and energy-efficient nature, but beware of the electrical regulations; you can expect to add 200 euros to your monthly budget. We moved out of the apartment over four months ago and still haven't received our deposit back, despite numerous calls and a few promises when the accounting department deigns to respond. I advise against staying there if you don't want to get ripped off.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at this property...we booked for 10 people at the end of October, and there was no heating (12°C in the house), not all the light bulbs worked, the electrical outlets in the bedrooms must have had faulty connections because they made a "buzzing" sound when we plugged something in (and we even tried a different charger to see if that was the problem), and the plugs weren't properly secured in the OSB (the wall structure). Not all the electrical outlets on the ground floor worked, and to top it all off...there were frequent power outages. In short...it's a shame because it looked fantastic on paper, but we were very disappointed.
