3 km from Nontron, the Domaine de Nouaille welcomes you in a landscaped park on the edge of a lake where you can go fishing (swimming prohibited). The residence consists of semi-detached duplex apartments and chalets (2 accommodations per chalet) on stilts located on the edge of the lake. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 05/11 to 09/21/2024 depending on the weather), a playground, and a beach volleyball court. Sports activities during the day and a children's club (6-10 years old, 5 half-days per week) are offered from 07/06 to 08/31/2024.

You will appreciate the calm and green environment of this pedestrian area (large parking lot at the entrance), the hiking trails and the cycle path leading to Nontron from the residence.
