Discover the 4 charming cottages of the domain, exclusively reserved for an adult clientele (over 16 years old).
We welcome you to a haven of peace, in the middle of the countryside, 1 km from the picturesque town of Ajat. We are located in Périgord Noir but on the edge of the Périgord Blanc and Vert, this location is ideal for touring the whole of the Dordogne (30 km from Périgueux, 15 km from Montignac-Lascaux, 40 km from Sarlat).
We offer spacious accommodation with 1 or 2 bedrooms, with fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned bedrooms and free WiFi access. A personalized decoration gives each gîte its character and invites you to discover the history of the estate.
Our website will allow you to get to know "Amélie", "Adèle", "Jeanne" and "Marie".
The lodgings have been arranged around the inner courtyard and all have an independent entrance to respect your privacy.
To enhance your holidays, shared spaces have been set up: a heated swimming pool in season, a spa with jacuzzi and infrared sauna and a park for strolling.
The Domaine des Ormeaux also offers à la carte services such as breakfasts or contact with a professional masseuse or a beautician for your well-being.
Whether you are alone, as a couple or with friends, we will be delighted to welcome you.
Since 2011, we have had the pleasure of having many exchanges with our hosts from France and from all over the world. These discussions allowed us to identify what matters most to us and characterizes the Domaine des Ormeaux:
• We want to share with you an authentic place where our family has been established since the 17th century. We wanted the old to be in harmony with the comfort and the modern.
• We wish to put our family's tradition of hospitality to the benefit of our guests and share the art of living in the South-West of France and in particular in Périgord.
• We make sure to combine the spirit of conviviality that is dear to us with respect for your independence and your privacy.
• We make every effort to ensure you have a peaceful and tranquil environment in which to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

At a glance some information…
• Seasonal rental from April to the end of October. A week during the high season (from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, depending on the gîte) and 2 nights minimum the other months.
• Long-term rental (minimum 4 weeks) from November to March. Only for gîtes Jeanne, Adèle and Amélie. We invite you to contact us to know the terms and conditions or to visit our site .
• The gîtes (equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom, top-of-the-range bedding):
- Adèle (60 m²): a cozy nest upstairs with 1 bedroom, with a view of the park and a small private terrace upstairs.
- Amélie (60 m²): a bright gite with 1 bedroom, which overlooks nature and has its own terrace.
- Marie (85 m²): a semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms. Comfort harmonizes with the oldest building of the Domain. The cottage has its own private corner in the inner courtyard.
- Jeanne (80 m²): a semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms. The cottage has facilities for people with reduced mobility. A large south-facing terrace with a mulberry tree to give it shade.
