16 years ago, Stéphane and Nadia left Brittany to change their lives and settle in Périgord. They are taking over Camping la Pélonie (which means “ small clearing ”), full of projects in mind and the desire to escape… Because working in a campsite means bringing a certain vision of the holidays to its guests, is not don't you? From a small campsite, they grew each year and ingeniously occupied the 5 ha of wooded nature that were available to them. Camping La Pélonie is located at the foot and on a small, perfectly sunny and wooded hillside. Here, we enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat!

Each year, Stéphane and Nadia invest in new equipment , to the delight of their customers , loyal for several years and of holidaymakers who discover the delights of Camping La Pélonie ****. Come and enjoy the magnificent Aquatic Space , worthy of the most beautiful tourist parks! Here, the pools are heated so that the water temperature is never an obstacle to the pleasure of bathing . The indoor pool is open from the first days of spring ( the campsite opens from April 10 to September 30 ) and at the beginning of May, the second pool (also heated) with its 4 large slides awaits adventurers. quest for slips !

A stone's throw away is the restaurant , the bar with its large wooden terrace on stilts . The view is sumptuous , on one side the swimming pools and their palm trees on the background of the blue lagoon and just below are beautiful play areas for children .

Young and old have fun

A trampoline on the ground, inflated with air and completely secure, makes the little ones jump for joy. They then climb the net and continue the somersaults in the sand until the swing . Toddlers also have their own space . Next door is the land where Sport City are playing games regularly: volleyball, football, basketball ... The cabin welcomes children workshops and games, 1:30 every morning to socialize children, the best way to make new friends ! Parents can enjoy a nice game of pétanque at the end of the day on the boules pitch , inhaling the smoky aromas of grilled suckling pig or the giant Monday evening barbecue.
