L'Escapade des Sens is a restaurant in Thiviers, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. Chef Nicolas Cousinou invites you to a moment of warm gastronomy in an environment steeped in history. The restaurant is located in the Hôtel de France et de Russie, a superb freestone building, typically Périgordine.
Originally from Sarrazac, a small village near Thiviers, Nicolas Cousinou is a young Chef full of ambition who has made his mark with the greatest. He settled in HIS restaurant in Thiviers, which he did not choose by chance because it is the capital of foie-gras in Périgord Vert. 40 seats are preferred, to create an intimate place where quality takes precedence over quantity. The cuisine is gourmet and seasonal, delicate and elegant both in taste and presentation.
Nicolas is young, but very experienced and he offers you a rich menu of his culinary adventures and discoveries. This gastronomic restaurant with traditional but yet modern Périgord cuisine, offers dishes with seasonal and ultra-fresh products, sourced locally.
Note that take-out formulas are available from Friday noon to Sunday noon, Sunday and public holidays. A formula to enjoy at home if you don't feel like cooking or if you want to delight your guests.
