  We went on a canoe trip with CVV today and we had a really good time! After we booked the canoe online (with creditcard) we went to the basecamp in Les Eyzies, got our lifejackets and peddles and went to our drop off point 13km upstream. The trip took us about 4 hours with 3 stops to swim in the Vézère river, which was really refreshing! I would recommend this canoe company if you’re looking for a less crowded river than the Dordogne and want to enjoy a beautiful trip through nature.

  Great guys in charge as we got lost & missed our slot but they accommodated us without question to the next hour slot. Thanks. Great river to paddle down the Vêzère as lovely n quiet but if you like paddling through riverside villages or sights then the Dordogne may be more for you although way more busy. Lovely day out though. Thanks.

  We visited and completed the 19km trail in a 3-person canoe. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day, and would recommend to anyone looking for a day out on the water. The day was organised, everything was smooth & the staff were kind and funny. 10/10!!
