Chef Thibault showcases local produce and meticulously prepares each dish to offer cuisine where authenticity and indulgence meet. The menu changes with the seasons, featuring creations made from fresh ingredients.
Among the restaurant's signature dishes are the famous sweetbreads, the Troubadour burger with pan-seared foie gras, dishes featuring duck, veal, or fish, as well as carefully prepared homemade desserts. Léna also creates custom cakes for birthdays and other events.
