THE HIGH STANDING RENTALS AND GUEST ROOMS OF THE Campagnac estate
Each rental is carefully arranged to offer you exceptional quality services at all levels. The Campagnac estate has 4 gites, 5 guest rooms and 3 perched cabins designed by a local craftsman. Isabelle and Pascal fell in love with this splendid region more than 10 years ago, they put all their heart into the renovation of a typical Perigord farmhouse and then renovated with patience and great taste 2 Perigord stone houses, a tobacco drying shed rehabilitated and refurbished.
The 4 gîtes are located at the top of the domain, they offer you a breathtaking view on the surrounding countryside. Le Séchoir is the most luxurious of the gîtes, it has a magnificent private heated swimming pool with overflow, with a separate and sheltered spa/Jacuzzi®, very intimate. The interior has been renovated with quality, environmentally friendly materials and each element has been carefully chosen to make it a warm, refined and elegant place. 3 bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 2 on the first floor) are available and each has a private bathroom and separate toilet. In the large living room, dining room, you will have pleasure to sit down or to settle on the sofas, near the suspended stove very design.
La Bergerie is a gite installed in an independent part of the old farmhouse. Comfortable, it also offers you very nice services, with 2 modern rooms mini-suite and with a refined decoration.
The Gîte l'Albizia and the Catalpa are a little set back from the rest of the domain, facing the countryside. They are two Perigordine houses with sloping roofs typical of the region, a set of beautiful authentic stones. The first gîte offers 2 bedrooms (en-suite) and the second 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and toilet. It is a perfect gite for a stay with friends, it is spacious and friendly.
These 3 cottages share a very large private heated swimming pool with an adjoining wellness area (open to all), which houses a professional size Jacuzzi® as well as a sauna and a treatment room for massages (extra charge). All the gîtes are equipped with air conditioning, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts you would expect from a 4-star establishment. The rooms of the gîtes are split up outside the summer season and can be rented as guest rooms. They are totally independent and perfect for a romantic stay in Périgord.
The Campagnac estate also offers 3 perched cabins at the top of the trees. More than classic cabins, they are real studios up to 40m2, equipped with large bathrooms with separate toilets, a kitchenette and furniture entirely handmade, tailor-made for each cabin. You will be surprised by the soothing atmosphere that emanates from these atypical cabins, full of charm and cachet, with meticulous architectural details and a functional layout.

The Campagnac estate is the ideal place for a stay of discovery of the Périgord Noir and its surroundings. Only a few minutes away, Sarlat, the capital of the Périgord Noir, awaits you, with its listed monuments in its historic center, its restaurants, shops and craftsmen.
