- For an original stay in Périgord Noir, discover the 3*** "Goélia les Cottages du Lac" Tourist Residence located in Saint-Amand-de Coly .
  
  Located in a 20 ha wooded area and around a private lake, the residence welcomes you in individual or semi-detached cottages (2 accommodations maximum per cottage) on stilts, or in the park.
  
  The cottages (capacity 4, 6 or 8 people) all have a well-equipped kitchenette and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
  
  The residence has many leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool and children's pool open from 06/04 to 21/09/2024 (depending on weather conditions) , fitness trail, mini-golf, tennis, pétanque court, multi-sport ground, children's play area, kayak loan, mountain bike rental, possibility of fishing on the lake (according to current regulations) and offers you many good tips for visiting the region.
  
  2024 RATES PER WEEK AND PER ACCOMMODATION
  The residence is open from 06/04 to 21/11/2024.
  
  Cottage for 4 people: minimum €308 - maximum €1274
  Cottage for 6 people: minimum €350 - maximum €1540
  Cottage for 8 people: minimum €378 - maximum €1659
  
  Possibility of weekends and short stays outside July-August.
  
  Valid for stays of at least one week and can be combined with the special promotion for 2 weeks.
  (10% discount on the entire stay ending no later than 07/13 or starting from 08/24) :
  
  For any reservation made up to and including 03/31/2024:
  you benefit from a 20% discount for stays from 04/05 to 02/11

Very well-maintained residence. Very quiet. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The chalet is well-equipped, well-insulated, and we appreciated the dishwasher. However, the water flow rate was very slow in the shower and there was a lot of limescale on the faucets. The pool was very clean and the water fresh. No mosquitoes (a big surprise). We were able to observe ducks, dragonflies, fish, kingfishers, etc. All the information about the available amenities is noted on the website, including the fact that there are no cleaning products or washing machines available... But there's plenty of it, and the staff is extremely pleasant and knows how to answer any questions. The only downside, if there ever was one: we had requested an inspection of the property at 10:00 a.m., and the person didn't arrive until around 10:20 a.m., which made our return a little late. Otherwise, a great stay: calm, green, great swimming pool, staff too, magnificent setting, free canoes available...! I will come back with pleasure

We stayed here for two weeks in July 2015 and loved it. Situated within easy travelling distance to many different places in the Dordogne. The management deliberately don't organise activities and...

Good, but slippery outside steps (a friend hurt himself by falling violently to get out of the bungalow). For 6 to 8 people, 2 toilets and DDB would be nice.

Third stay in this residence, where we appreciate the calm and the scenery. The two people at the Welcoming are always as available and friendly.... as happiness!
