  One hour from Bordeaux, La Réserve extends over a private property of 60 hectares between Bergerac, Périgueux and Saint-Émilion, of which 1.5 hectares are enclosed.
  Nestled between forest and pastures, this old 18th century farm, rehabilitated into a characterful farmhouse, offers an intimate refuge for lovers of calm and preserved nature.

  The residence, with a total surface area of 280 m², revolves around the large living room of 73 m². This includes a fully equipped kitchen closed by a bar, a living room with an open fireplace, a HiFi corner and a dining area with a view of the park.
  The 6 air-conditioned rooms, from 22 to 29 m², each have a shower room, toilet and television. Two rooms are designed for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The entire house is on one level and air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

We spent a week at la Reserve and were thoroughly spoiled by Christine and Alain. We were three couples with kids and everyone had a fabulous time. From reservation throughout there was great communication, Christine was available by phone to go over all the details. Both Christine and Alain were at the house to greet us, do a tour and have an aperitif. Every eventuality is foreseen in this villa - nothing left out! The AC is great, the showers are the best ever and the mattresses are a dream. We had such a comfortable stay! This is not always something obvious when renting a holiday home. The kitchen has everything one would need for dining in - pots, pans, plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as glassware - even for the kids. There is ample room for 4 couples and kids with everyone able to have some personal space. The pool area is fabulous and very safe with a cover to keep the kids out and the heat in a night. There are ample games for rainy days as well as swings, goals and various outdoors activities too- including bikes!! I would highly recommend a stay here. Five stars from me, my family and our friends. We would definitely hope to go back.

We had a dream stay in this gîte which deserves its 5 stars. A family Christmas, 10 adults, 6 bedrooms with very refined furniture, each with a very well equipped bathroom. The Christmas tree was beautiful, thank you for decorating the house for the holidays. The living room is huge, lounge area with fireplace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. We also took the services of a home chef (on the advice of Mme Petit) for a wonderful chef dinner. The exteriors are superb, encounters with sheep, horses, very greedy donkeys and ducks. We played pétanque, ping-pong, walks in nature, and sports exercises in the gym. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool. Thank you again Mrs and Mr Petit for your welcome, your advice and all the attention.

The holiday villa La Réserve in the Dordogne is truly an absolute paradise for every holidaymaker. From the moment you arrive you will be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views of the Dordogne countryside. The first thing you notice when you enter the villa is the space and comfort. The rooms are stylishly furnished - all with air conditioning - and offer a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable and already made up upon arrival. Each room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the tastiest dishes. But what really sets this holiday villa apart is the outdoor living. The spacious terrace offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The beautiful private swimming pool is an oasis of peace and refreshment. Every spot in the exceptionally spacious garden offers hidden terraces, a fitness room, a playground for the children, a typical French 'jeu de boules' area, etc. There are also about ten bicycles at the guests' disposal. The location of the villa is also unbeatable. Located in the heart of the Dordogne, you are surrounded by picturesque villages, beautiful castles and breathtaking natural beauty. It is the ideal base to explore the region and discover the local culture and gastronomy. But perhaps the biggest plus of this holiday villa is the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. They do everything they can to ensure that you have an unforgettable holiday and are always available if you have any questions. In short, the holiday villa in the Dordogne is a real gem.
