This charming guest house with 3 bedrooms, swimming pool and table d'hôtes is located between Périgueux, Terrasson and Montignac. Located in Fossemagne, you will stay in the heart of the Barade forest and the history of Jacquou le Croquant.

20 km from Montignac-Lascaux, 25 km from Périgueux, 35 km from Terrasson and 45 km from Sarlat la Caneda, you will be ideally located for exploring Périgord, its caves and its castles.

Upon reservation, Aurélie will prepare the Périgord evening meal for you at the table d'hôte.

The continental breakfast will be served in the dining room or on the terrace if the weather permits. With pastries, bread, cereals, homemade jams, cheese, cold cuts, homemade yogurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit… there is something for everyone.

The rooms are spacious (between 26 and 42m²) and comfortable. They are equipped with 160x200 bedding and an 80x200 or 160x200 extra bed. The private bathrooms communicate with the bedroom.

2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a common living room with fridge, TV, coffee machine, kettle and children's games.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a TV, coffee machine and kettle. This room is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, grab bars, etc…).

For children, a swing with swing and slide, table tennis and badminton are available on site.

The swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and parasol. It is accessible all day.
In the dining room, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, barbecue and crockery are also available for your meals.

Bed linen and shower towels are provided. On request when booking, cot, high chair, free-standing bath, bottle warmer and baby monitor can be provided free of charge. Wifi is free and accessible everywhere. Parking is also free.

From 75€ to 115€/night for 2 people depending on the season. 25€ per additional person.

The table d'hôtes is priced at 30€ for adults and 15€ for children under 12.
